Every real estate deal has a story. This one had a plot twist. 🌞

✅ JUST SOLD – Hahnville, LA
When my buyers fell in love with this home, there was one major obstacle standing in the way...leased solar panels with $8,300 still owed on the contract. My buyers didn't want to inherit that liability. Period.

So we got to work.
