Some deals close smoothly. This one taught us patience.

We had this home under contract, then our first buyers got cold feet and backed out. Instead of starting from square one, we regrouped fast and had it back under contract in no time.

From there, we hit some tough inspection issues that took real problem solving to work through. Repairs were made, concerns were addressed, and after 72 days in escrow, we finally got to the closing table.
