Well this review made my day! 🥹🤍

I always say real estate is so much more than just buying and selling houses. I truly care about my clients and want them to feel taken care of from beginning to end.

So thankful for the people who trust me with such a big part of their lives — and even more thankful when they leave me words like these. 🏡❤️

Happy Friday, friends! ☀️🏡

A little favor to ask…

If your parents are thinking about downsizing, a friend or family member is considering selling, or you know someone relocating to the New Orleans area, I’d love for you to pass along my information.

Real estate has always been such a referral business. When you’re making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, there’s something reassuring about working with someone your friends or family have trusted and had a great experience with.

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to receive so many referrals over the years, and I never take that trust for granted.

They don’t have to be ready to make a move tomorrow. I’m always happy to answer questions, talk through their options, and help them figure out what makes sense.

So if someone comes to mind, send them my way or connect us in a group text. 🫶🏻

Would you pay for your house what you’re asking someone else to pay for it?

That’s a question every seller should ask themselves.

Buyers aren’t refusing to buy. They’re refusing to overpay.

Today’s buyers are looking at everything as they should…the condition, updates, location, insurance, interest rates, comparable sales, and ultimately what that monthly payment looks like.

They’ll pay for value.
They’ll compete for the right house.
But they’re much less willing to pay a premium simply because that’s the number a seller wants.

Sometimes the hardest part of selling is separating what your home means to you from what it’s worth to today’s buyer.

Pricing emotionally and pricing strategically are two very different things.

If you want to sell, don’t just put your home on the market. Position your home to win.

How’s the real estate market?” 🏡

Here’s a little perspective…

I have a buyer who asked to see 8 homes this Sunday. Over the course of this week, 4 of those 8 homes have already gone pending.

Half the list—before we even made it to Sunday.

So yes, buyers are still buying. And when a home is priced right, positioned well, and shows well, it can MOVE.

If you’ve been thinking about selling, don’t let all the noise about the market convince you that homes aren’t selling. The right ones absolutely are.

Questions about what the market is really doing? Grab your coffee and let’s talk real estate. ☕️🏡
