It’s hard to believe it’s been 25 years. I still remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when we heard a plane had hit the World Trade Center. And I remember watching live as the second plane hit. Still gives me chills. Let us never forget the brave men and women who ran in to help when most would have run away, and let us never forget how that united us as Americans. We could use a little more of that unity these days. ♥️

Did you know: Whether you are buying or selling, that closing day should be a day to celebrate BIG time!! You have made it to the end of the process and hopefully feel like you have accomplish the goal you set out to accomplish! It's a BIG deal and should be treated as such! I try to be at every closing I possibly can, and like to spoil my clients with cute closing baskets to celebrate!

I also want my clients to know that even once we close, I am still here, ALWAYS! My goal is to make life long relationships with my clients, it's definitely not a one and done thing for me. I value building relationships that will last, and trust that is unmatched. ♥

This can seem overwhelming sometimes, but I am here to walk you through each step, and problem solve calmly and effectively. These things don't have to be viewed as " Dooms Day" situations. Offers, whether coming to us from buyers or me writing them for buyers are SO much fun because there are so many different things that go into each of them to make them special! I am happy to explain each part, and help you understand every step of the offer process! ♥
