🌳 YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN YOU LIST A HOUSE… 😂

This is one of my listings, and apparently the neighbor has some thoughts about the trees.

Real estate isn’t always professional photos, open houses and offers. Sometimes you’re standing in the yard trying to figure out why the neighbor is upset about a tree. 😂

And this is actually part of the job that most people never see.

When I list a home, I’m not just putting it in the MLS and sticking a sign in the yard. I’m dealing with the property, the marketing, buyers, agents, inspections, appraisals, negotiations…and every once in a while, the neighbors too.
