FM Home Watch LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of the operational portion of Pelican Home Watch Services LLC Fort Myers, FL effective November 1, 2021.

Pelican Home Watch Services exclusively operated in the Pelican Preserve 55+ community consisting of 2500 homes with very active residents.

After November 1, 2021, we will continue operations in Pelican Preserve as FM Home Watch LLC.

We welcome all Pelican Preserve residents to our family and want you to know that your service rates will remain the same through the end of 2021. Even better, the current staff will be providing all the same services you now enjoy. Longer term, we will be adding additional staff to better serve your community.

We will be contacting all customers in Pelican Preserve shortly with much more detail and exciting news.

With the outbreak of Covid-19 or Coronavirus, FM Home Watch in Fort Myers, Florida has the ability to adapt our normal Home Watch checklists to help with the gathering of information that may be helpful to county health officials or any other organizations.

Our checklist software, which is essentially a digital version of a paper form is loaded on mobile devices and would normally used to answer questions.

The questions could be anything such as:

1. How many people are living in your house at this time?
2. Is there any person or person(s) in your household who have been exposed to a known (Positive) person in the last 7 days?
3. If (Yes) then
4 How many?
(insert picture taken with the mobile device)
timestamp
GPS location

etc.

Answers are user configurable such as Yes/No/NA, Good/Bad/Unknown, Safe/At Risk and so on.

We can do inventory counts, bar code reading and many other things.

If any county, state or federal government is interested in our help, we would be pleased to do so.
