My favorite day... BLUE TAPE DAY!

Helped my clients find all those imperfections in this new build we have under contract today. It's so important to take your time with this and have multiple eyes check for anything wrong with the house (even with the inspection). This is when my OCD comes in handy!

House is taped and now the builder will address these issues all while we are putting the final touches together for closing! 2 weeks to go! 🗓️

Huge congrats to my first time home buyers on finding their 🦄

When we first spoke, they told me they wanted 10+ acres within 30 min from Smithfield, under $415,000. I knew this was going to be a hard task, but I accepted the challenge and we succeeded! 🏡

Not only did we find 15+ acres with a spacious home, but there was also a huge conditioned permanent building, two other storage units, and trails, perfect for this ATV loving couple. With future plans to build their dream home, there's plenty of space to expand their family's dreams.

Unicorns are out there! I'm so happy to welcome this family HOME!

Messages like this make the bad days worth it. ❤️

Being a Realtor has moments that make you want to quit and run far far away... but when a well respected builder's agent sends you this text right in the middle of a storm and all of a sudden, the rain stops and the 🌈 shines through the clouds, and you realize what you do DOES matter.

I love when realtors compliment other realtors. Yes, we are all hunting for business, but at the same time, we are also all on the same team with the same goals - to make our clients happy in their new homes! 🏡

And you know what? This agent is one I'm happy to do business with again. 😎

There are a few things I simply WILL NOT do as your Realtor.

I won’t tell you what you want to hear just to get to the closing table.

I won’t encourage you to blow your budget because the kitchen is pretty. 😂

I won’t pretend a house is a great buy when I’m standing there thinking, absolutely not.

And I definitely won’t disappear the second you get the keys.

My job isn’t just to help you buy or sell a house. It’s to protect your interests, give you the truth, and help you make decisions you’ll still feel good about years from now.

Sometimes that means celebrating with you.

Sometimes that means saying, “Girl… no. We’re leaving.” 😂

And sometimes it means answering a random homeowner question two years after closing because—yes—I probably do have a guy.

That’s the kind of Realtor I’d want in my corner, so that’s the kind I choose to be. 💕

Huge congrats to my buyers for finding everything they were looking for (and more) in their new home in JoCo! 🏡

This family was relocating to Raleigh and with their large family, needed space for everyone. While Wake County was their plan, we branched out a little so we could stay in budget. This house checked all their boxes and even gave them extra room without going over budget. It was love at first sight! Now, they are enjoying all the community amenities, huge yard, play spaces, and a quick commute to Raleigh for work. 💎
