I’m Paula Campbell of Compass Real Estate, with over twenty-seven years of experience in the real estate field I have helped numerous families through every type of residential transaction. From townhomes to condos, from single-family dwellings and investment properties, my focus has always been on meeting the needs of my clients. I am dedicated to bringing my clients through one of the most exciting and most stressful times of their lives as quickly and comfortably as possible. Working through the ranks of the day to day operations and then becoming an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Relocation Specialist, I put my extensive knowledge and expertise to the best use for my clients. Before I even set foot in your front door, I prepare information that will help you make an informed decision because my focus is on helping you, the homeowner. I have spent time researching communities in Bucks and Montgomery as well as the surrounding counties in an effort to serve my clients. In fact, my average number of “days on market” is less than 30 which is evidence of my ability to understand the trends and effectively market your home. An active member of the National Association of Realtors and a member and Director of Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Bucks County Association of Realtors, I diligently continue to increase my knowledge and work to stay current with Real Estate practices today.
