🎉🏡 Congratulations to my clients and fellow off-road enthusiasts for purchasing a 16.5-acre lot in Schuylkill County last week! 🌲🚙

They were looking for a property where they could enjoy some off-road riding, camp with family and friends, and eventually build a cabin of their own. 🏕️🔥🌄

We were able to negotiate a great deal with no competition and help make their vision a reality. 💪🤝

Another interesting tidbit… 📜🇺🇸 The original deed for this property was dated 1776, and my clients become only the third owner of this incredible piece of land!

🏛️ One of the lesser-known but incredibly important historical sites in Bucks County is the Moland House in Warwick Township!

Most people have heard of Washington Crossing, but far fewer realize that George Washington actually used Moland House as his headquarters in August of 1777 before the Battle of Brandywine. 🇺🇸

At the time, Washington and the Continental Army were preparing for what they believed would be a major British movement toward Philadelphia.

⚔️ What makes Moland House especially fascinating is that several key military leaders stayed there together, including the Marquis de Lafayette, Nathanael Greene, Henry Knox, and Alexander Hamilton.

Lafayette was only 19 years old when he arrived to join the Continental Army, and Moland House became one of the first places where he officially met and worked alongside Washington.

🛏️ Another interesting detail many people do not know is that Lafayette actually slept on the floor there because the house was so overcrowded with officers and military planning activity.

📜 The property also served as a major operational center where troop movements, supply logistics, and battle planning discussions were happening daily.

Today, it quietly sits in Warwick Township despite playing a direct role in shaping Revolutionary War history. 🇺🇸

Places like The Buttonwood Grill, Craft Tavern or Little Devils, have definitely built a following around here. Or if you’re a BBQ master, Harring Brothers, Pennview Farms and Altamonte’s have some amazing patties.

🏡🔑 Congratulations to my client for settling on his first home!! 🎉👏

I’ve known Collin since he was just a kid, riding dirt bikes 🏍️ and playing hockey 🏒 with him and his dad. It’s been awesome watching him grow into the hardworking, family-oriented man he is today 💪👨‍👩‍👦

Now the real fun begins… the total renovation officially started just a few days ago 🔨🪚🏠 Can’t wait to see this transformation come to life!

P.S. I saw your pops last night at hockey and he looked a little tired 😅😂 Might want to give him a night off!
