With over 21 new properties going live on the MLS today, the Fall season looks to be the 'second spring'. As we move toward fall, the market can look a little different. Some homes have been sitting longer. Some sellers may be more motivated. And depending on the property and local market, buyers may find opportunities to negotiate that weren’t available during the busier season.
That could mean conversations around:

🔑 Repairs
🔑 Rate-buydown assistance
🔑 Other seller concessions
Does that mean every seller is ready to make a deal? Absolutely not.
But it DOES mean you shouldn’t automatically assume you need to wait until spring to start looking.
