Housing activity is showing encouraging signs this spring! 📈 Existing-home contract signings increased 1.4% in April, marking continued momentum in the market as buyers adjust to current conditions.

“Consistent job gains and rising wages are modestly helping the housing market,” according to the latest report from the National Association of REALTORS®.
