Today marks 25 years since September 11, 2001—a day that forever changed our nation and the lives of so many families. For us, this day carries an even more personal weight. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of serving clients who were in New York City when the attacks happened, as well as clients who served at Ground Zero in the days and weeks that followed. Hearing their stories reminds us that 9/11 isn’t simply a moment in history—for many, it is a day they lived through, a loss they still carry, and a memory they will never forget.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, the first responders who ran toward danger, and every person who stepped forward to serve in the aftermath. We also remember the incredible unity, compassion, courage, and love for one another that followed one of our nation’s darkest days. To our past clients, friends, and neighbors who were there, who served, or who lost someone—you have our deepest respect and gratitude.
