I also have a background as a real estate paralegal and earned a Bachelor's degree from Ithaca College. I relocated to Florida from Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in Eastern Long Island in New York. I love the sunshine and the water so I naturally fell in love with Saint Petersburg and Dunedin, Florida and all that the surrounding areas have to offer. 🔨🚜 wow! 2 in a day….Yet another edition of Melissa’s Market Memo, special edition. You may be wondering why I haven’t been around much. Life has been topsey turvey a bit. Here is one major reason why…and I think you will appreciate it as a homeowner or a future homeowner! We have been doing a major remodel of our home. It ain’t easy, that’s for sure!

I do want to give a major shout out to the love of my life, Danny Johnson and our son-in-law Mason Peavler who have been working tirelessly to revamp our house from top to bottom. You know what they say, the days are long but the years are short.

Cabinets are supposed to be delivered today and soon it will all be short term memory loss! Can’t wait to cook y’all dinner in my new kitchen 🙂 🚜🔨
