Happy Friday! Kick off the weekend with this crowd-pleasing Grilled Pineapple Chicken, perfect for your next backyard BBQ or dream kitchen. 🍍

Grocery List:
📍 2 garlic cloves, chopped
📍 1 cup pineapple juice
📍 3/4 cup ketchup
📍 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
📍 1/2 cup brown sugar
📍 1 Tbsp ginger
📍 4 chicken breasts
📍 1 pineapple, sliced into rings
📍 Oil & scallions

Quick Directions:
1. Whisk marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours (overnight is best). 🍗
3. Grill chicken on high, basting with marinade, until it reaches 165° (about 8 mins per side).
4. Grill oiled pineapple rings until charred (2 mins per side).
5. Platter together and top with scallions.
