JUST CLOSED… in OREGON! 🏡🎉

This one makes me so happy!!

A friend reached out because her mom needed to sell her home in Oregon. Obviously I’m not licensed there, but that doesn’t mean I couldn’t help. 😉 I was able to connect her with a fantastic Oregon agent who took amazing care of her from start to finish.

The transaction went so smoothly, they CLOSED TODAY, and now a brand new chapter officially begins! 🥹❤️

I’m just so excited for them and grateful I got to play a small part in making it happen.

We had the BEST time with my grandparents while they were here. ❤️

And somehow… this is literally the ONE picture I took the entire visit. 😂

Normally I’d be annoyed with myself for not taking more, but honestly, I think it says a lot about how much fun we were having. We talked, laughed, went antiquing, spent time together, and just enjoyed having them here. I wasn’t thinking about my phone or whether I had gotten enough pictures. I was just in it. 🥹

The visit went by WAY too fast, like they always do, but I’m so grateful for the time we got together.

Sometimes one picture is enough to hold a whole bunch of really good memories. ❤️

And I’m definitely printing this one. 🥰

Born in 1982, which means I DID live through the 80s… I just spent most of them being a kid and completely missing my opportunity for giant hair, acid wash denim, pink hoops and an unreasonable amount of Aqua Net. 🤣💗

Apparently THIS is what grown-up Sarah would’ve looked like in 1987 and honestly… I’m kind of obsessed. 😂

The hair alone deserves its own zip code.

Maybe I didn’t miss the 80s… I just wasn’t old enough to reach my full 80s potential. 😂🙌🏻

Apparently we’ve reached the stage of adulthood where finding the perfect butter dish is VERY exciting. 😂🙌🏻

We were in desperate need of one, so while antiquing with my grandparents the other day, we found this gorgeous blue carnival glass butter dish and obviously it had to come home with us. 💙

We got home, washed her up, threw some butter in there and BOOM. Instant kitchen upgrade. 😂

Honestly though, I love finding little things like this while antiquing. Especially when I get to remember that we found it on a day out with my grandparents. 🥹💙

Mark may have officially won birthday presents this year. 😂🙌🏻

We FINALLY broke out my Ninja Slushi today and obviously the first thing I had to make was a Wendy’s chocolate Frosty. 🍫🥤

And you guys… IT WAS SO GOOD.

Apparently a little too good because I was so excited about it that I completely forgot to get an after video. 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

So you’ll just have to trust me. It was Frosty perfection.
Now I feel like this machine has opened up a whole new world of possibilities and I’m probably going to be completely obnoxious about it. 😂

Our favorite family tradition is officially underway!! 🎈❤️

The Boise Balloon Classic is happening this morning, and somehow the weather cleared up just enough to let the balloons fly! 🙌🏻

It is COLD out here 🥶😂 but absolutely beautiful. There’s just something about standing out here early in the morning, bundled up, watching these giant balloons fill the sky that never gets old.

We come every year, and every year I love it just as much. ❤️
Idaho mornings like this are pretty hard to beat. 🎈✨

😂🌽🏈 Lil’ Red has officially been released from garage jail!!!

College football season is BACK, and around here there’s really no question who we’re rooting for. ❤️🤍

Lil’ Red has been patiently waiting in the garage for his moment to shine, and apparently 2026 is his comeback season. 😂🙌🏻

The yard is ready.
Hail Varsity is playing.
And we are officially in HUSKER MODE.
