🔥 97 degrees. 45 minutes. Heated Sculpt. And class #2 is officially done.

Right now, I’m not focused on being the strongest, the fastest, or where I used to be. I’m just focused on rebuilding.

This past year has put my body through a lot, and getting back into a fitness routine is part of finding my way back to feeling strong again — physically and mentally.

So for now, I’m taking it one class, one workout, and one day at a time. ❤️
