I have Real Estate Question for anyone looking for a home or in the biz! Just curious on your opinion of listings that have the vertical staging option . It shows the room empty then quickly goes to staged . I find it a little annoying myself because I'm trying to see the actual room and its fake . LOL! But, that's just me and wondering what most people think ? Thoughts greatly appreciated!!!

Brief explanation on rates from an email from our in-house lender :
“The Fed lowering rates helps the economy overall, but 30-year mortgage rates don’t move in lockstep with the Fed. They’re more about long-term outlook on inflation and the bond market. Over time, lower prime rates can create downward pressure, but it’s not instant. Currently, long term mortgage rates were already factoring in the fed cut thus why rates had come down over the past few weeks/months.”
