Good morning everyone! Took a little walk along the river the other day and it really hit me — fall in Eau Claire is something else. Hope everyone's having a great week! Quick market snapshot for Eau Claire heading into fall — homes are still selling right around that $325K median mark, and the good ones keep moving in about 45 days. We've actually got a bit more inventory than last year, so buyers are getting a little breathing room while sellers are still landing pretty close to asking price.

And if you're a past client or neighbor with a deck or driveway that's seen better days, I'll take on simple rinses case by case for a good price. Fair warning: I'm not a pro outfit, just a guy with a pressure washer who likes making houses look good.
