May definitely finished strong around here. Two new builds under contract, a beautiful condo sold, three buyers officially under contract, one condo listed and under contract, and another seller just waiting for closing day.
The spring market felt a little delayed this year, but it is absolutely making up for lost time. We are right in the heart of busy season and there are no signs of things slowing down. I currently have active buyers still searching and two more listings getting ready to hit the market soon.
A busy market means a lot of exciting moments at the closing table, big transitions, and dreams finally coming to life for my clients — and that never gets old.
