Classic Cream Brûlée, your guest will be begging for this!!!

Ingredients
4 cups heavy cream
2/3 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 vanilla bean (or 2 tsp vanilla extract)
12 egg yolks
Turbinado or Demerara sugar (for topping)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°.
Heat 2 cups cream + sugar + salt + vanilla until just boiling. Remove from heat and let steep 15 minutes.
Stir in remaining 2 cups cream to cool slightly.
Whisk egg yolks, then slowly pour in warm cream mixture.
Strain and pour into ramekins.
Place in a baking dish, add hot water halfway up sides (water bath).
Bake 30–35 min until just set (slight jiggle in center).
Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Sprinkle sugar on top + torch until caramelized.

That crack on top… unmatched 🤌🏼

Can you believe we’re about to close out march and step into q2??

Here in Oklahoma, we’re seeing more homes hit the market giving buyers more room to move with intention.

Homes are also taking a little longer to sell across okc and tulsa, which is shifting the focus back to pricing, presentation, and overall feel. Just enough of a change that strategy matters more than speed right now.

Something to keep in mind whether you’re buying, selling, or just paying attention!
