Downsizing from a 2000 sf home after 36 years raising 2 children can be an extremely difficult process. These clients made the hard decision to abandon a large percentage of their lifetime belongings.🛋📚🧥🥾🖨🪑📺💍⚾️🧸🖼🧩⛸️ They packed up what they actually "needed" and left everything else behind. After helpers & I sorted and donated everything we could, I found a contractor to clear the house, garage and yard of all the rest.✨️ It was a LOT of work but also a very interesting journey. In the end, due to marketing a "blank slate" for potential buyers, clients netted at least an extra $50k from their biggest investment....their Family Home.🏡💰 Next step was getting them in to this wonderful ground floor condo unit in the same building where their son & daughter in law live. This particular unit is right next to the loading zone parking spots...wayyyy easier for wheelchair access to get in & out of the car.👩‍🦽🚙💨 I could sense that as hard as it was to let go of 36 years worth of "stuff", they are now feeling a refreshed sense of new beginnings.😀 This new space is literally perfect for them and I couldn't be happier with how it all worked out!
