Yesterday I had the pleasure again to assist another family in finding their forever home here in Effingham! Originally what started off as "we are just looking, but if you see something let us know", turned into their - FOREVER HOME! And these are my favorite stories! I had so much fun getting to know them and their family.

Yesterday I got to close on this property with my new friends, and I couldn't be more excited for them!
Sitting at the closing table, we went through our "group chat" and saw all the houses listed we toured in the last year.. brought us down memory lane all over again. All those houses, and we finally found "the one."

Personally my favorite house is the one with the chickens everywhere... and would you look at that, this one gave you chickens as a neighbor. :p
