Along Dyer, Hondo Pass and Transmountain in Northeast El Paso, 17 restaurants opened and only 5 closed in the last 12 months. It's one of the fastest growing restaurant areas in El Paso. The catch is that there's almost no restaurant space listed in Northeast El Paso. I broke down what's opening, what's closing and where the next spaces are coming from.

Not every deal moves fast.

One of my recent transactions took months to reach a closing date. The bank required an environmental review, then a revised report, then more calls with the consultant and the title company before anyone could set a date.

A slow deal isn't a dead deal. It just needs someone who keeps pushing it forward.
