I’m so grateful for this reminder that I’m still sitting in the top 10%.

There have been days this year when I’ve felt like I haven’t helped enough families, haven’t done enough, or should be further along toward the goals I set for myself.

And then I see something like this, and it reminds me to stop looking only at how far I still have to go and appreciate how far I’ve already come. ❤️

Every number on this list represents families I’ve had the privilege of helping through a really important chapter of their lives—and THAT is what matters most to me.

There’s still plenty of year left, more families to help, and more goals to chase.

Here’s to finishing the last quarter of 2026 STRONG! 💪🔥🏡

I LOVE seeing my customers’ hard work pay off. ❤️ A year and nine months ago, I responded to a post in Nosy Neighbors from people looking for low-down-payment and first-time homebuyer programs.

I spoke with 9 people that day. Every single one of them had some work to do first—building credit, paying down debt, or getting themselves into a stronger financial position.

And I kept in touch. All this time later, I STILL check in with them.

Fast forward to August 10th…

I received a Facebook message from one of those people:

They were ready. They had gotten preapproved and were ready to buy a home. 🥹❤️

I cannot explain how proud I was of someone who started out as a complete stranger.

Almost TWO YEARS of hard work, discipline, patience, and determination had paid off.

When I texted her, she was shocked that I still had her phone number.

Of course I did. ❤️

I was SO excited to finally help them find their home…until I learned they were looking in the Merrillville/Lake County area—outside the area I personally service.

I was genuinely disappointed that I wouldn’t get to experience their home-buying journey firsthand, but I knew the right thing to do was put them in the hands of a trusted colleague who could take great care of them.

That didn’t mean I disappeared.

She had questions along the way, and she reached out. I was more than happy to answer them, offer guidance, and be that second opinion when she needed one.

Then a few weeks later, I found out…

THEY FOUND A HOME.
THEY WROTE AN OFFER.
AND THEY WERE UNDER CONTRACT!! 🏡🎉

I immediately texted her congratulations.

She told me she was surprised to hear from me and wasn’t expecting it. She had been crying happy tears all day. 🥹

My response?

Absolutely you’re going to hear from me! I still consider you my customer, and I want to make sure you’re being taken care of. ❤️

They’re scheduled to close in a couple of weeks, and you can BET they’ll be hearing from me again.

This is something I want people to know:

You do NOT have to be local for me to help you with real estate.

Moving somewhere else in Indiana? I’ve got you.
