Rates (cost of rates) have been up and down this week with everything going on. They are still not bad. I believe the rates will settle down next week.

If you’re in a purchase, you may want to check in on rates closely next week with your Loan Officer and lock on a good day.

Finally not hurt and made it out for some desert camping and riding. Perfect weather and even some moisture in the dirt!! Flowers were everywhere a good times with
my ❤️. She’s getting good at chasing me in the truck on my bike around the desert! 👌👍💯🙏

There is no more minimum fico to get a home loan!

I can now offer DSCR loans ( you can buy an investment home just qualifying from projected rental income!

Fixed rate seconds if you need cash and don’t want to lose your low rate on your first loan.

Rates in general have dropped a little but feel free to use my site to see your scenario or call me anytime! There are several new programs that save you money on your monthly payment.

Came across this cool post from a happy client.

Times have been crazy and I just continue to make them crazier!! My Family has been going through lots of change selling our house then renting a apartment/condo was making it hard on my lifestyle. Being self employed it makes it nearly impossible to get a loan but thanks to a long time friend Jeff
