April recap: better late than never! 😉
We know, we know… it’s almost mid-May. But April was too good not to revisit!

From listing a stunning 35-acre dream in Byers, to wrapping a Littleton flip that lasted just one weekend on market, to helping dear friends close on one of the best main street properties in Elizabeth, the real estate side of life was rockin’. Oh, and we ranked #3 in Colorado for domestic teams in volume and closings in March we found out, so that was pretty cool. 🙌

“Off the clock”, we hosted our annual Easter Bash, pulled off another “What’s Mine Is Yours” swap (two truckloads went straight to ECCO!), toured the incredible B***o Base Camp, soaked in every ounce of the Girls with Grit Conference in Austin, knocked two Content Days out of the park, and helped 32 kiddos get a fresh haircut, full outfit and more with our first Spring Refresh Party.

April (and every month!) reminded us why we do what we do…the people, the homes, the community, and a God who keeps writing the best stories.

May is shaping up to be pretty darn epic.
