Take the exterior photos. We do this for our clients every year and it makes a HUGE difference in standing out amongst the crowd, during the dull winter months.

Colorado is about to do what Colorado does… the leaves will change, the trees will empty out, the grass will turn brown, and all of that beautiful landscaping you worked on all summer will disappear for a few months. 😂

A week+ without this absolute legend and we’re still thinking about all the lessons she imparted across every part of life. Here’s a little Dolly life lesson translation for ya… You don’t have to perfectly time the market. You need to know whether the move makes sense for YOU.

Your home should fit your life… not your friends’, your parents, Instagram’s, or HGTV’s.

Your first purchase can simply be the first to get you where you want to be in 5+ years.

Every home buying and selling adventure has its’ ups and learning opportunities and some situations just plain ole suck. Getting through it with positivity and skill is where it’s at.

Behind every transaction there are people who have to make hard and intentional life decisions.

Cough cough, we all have *the ones* we wonder how they’re still licensed… but alas, we take one from Dolly’s playbook and lend ‘em a smile and kill ‘em with kindness.
