With a grateful heart, I wanna tell you a story…

God was putting these pieces together long before I ever realized. Years ago, He led a hometown girl who grew up in rentals to buy her first home at 19.

Years later, God brought the real estate industry right through my doorstep when a mutual friend came to one of my holiday parties and convinced me this was the industry I was called to. Funny enough though, that’s not where my real estate career began.

God sat me in front of a computer for years, learning from both good leaders and bad ones. He made it clear that clock punching wasn’t my lane, and He humbled me in the process.

He placed me with a team and a culture that felt like home, in a flexible role that still let me grow my real estate career.

This past year, He doubled down—opening doors I never saw and placing me in rooms I wouldn’t have entered on my own. He glued the whole puzzle together with people who back me and clients who fuel me!

God placed all these pieces perfectly to create something I am incredibly proud to finally share with you: Mandi Leigh Realty, LLC.
