The Island at West Bay Club continues to rise along Estero Bay, with construction now reaching the 15th floor.

In part one of our construction update series, we take you inside the progress and explore the views from multiple levels as the final high-rise in West Bay Club takes shape.

Construction is currently averaging approximately one floor every 8 business days, with top off expected in August 2026 and full completion anticipated in mid-2027.

Stay tuned as we continue sharing milestone updates throughout the building process and follow along as The Island continues to rise.
