Real estate is rarely just a transaction. 🏡

Recently, I had the honor of walking alongside a seller through one of life's most difficult seasons: the loss of a spouse just days before closing. A legal professional advised the seller that probate was required before we could close.

I took charge. I researched. I turned every stone. After months of navigating the unexpected together, I discovered that probate was not required due to a huge oversight from the initial legal advice (that's another story), and we closed.

My seller now gets to begin the next chapter. 🤍
