It's been a little quiet around here, so we wanted to share what we have been up to. 2025 was a year that brought challenges. Interest rates impacted the real estate market, but personally, Helga lost her mother and step-daughter within a short period of time. Helga spent a lot of time in Germany, and Jennifer held down the real estate (and family) fort in her absence. We were so grateful to continue to serve clients buying, selling, and rental property management. We love interacting on social media, but our time was split the last part of the year, and we wanted to focus on best serving our clients. We are excited for all of the things a new year brings. We continue to help clients buy, sell, and manage their rental properties. We started the new year with a New Years Day 5K + just completed a cold, rainy half marathon on Jekyll Island last weekend. We look forward to sharing all things--real estate, running, and other fun tid bits with you in 2026. A huge thank you to those that reached out over the last few months, your love and encouragement were felt deeply by both of us. We are immensely grateful to our clients, as well as our colleagues. 2025 was an interesting year, but proved that real estate is indeed still moving! Cheers to 2026 🎉
