Another milestone on a journey I'm incredibly excited about.
This week, I put 160 acres in Rawlins, Wyoming under contract for some wonderful clients who trusted me with buying their home in Utah last year. The fact that they came back to trust me again-this time with land-means more than I can put into words.
One thing that makes this property especially exciting is that 160 contiguous acres in the minimum acreage required to potentially qualify for a Wyoming landowner tag, provided the property also meets Wyoming Game and Fish's wildlife-use requirements. It's one of the many reasons land ownership in Wyoming is so unique.
As I continue working toward becoming a designated Land Specialist, every property teaches me something new. Every transaction builds my experience. And every client who places their trust in me brings me one step closer to the Realtor I aspire to be.
Land is different. It has its own challenges, opportunities, and stories. It's a field I'm passionate about, and I'm grateful for every chance I have to learn, grow, and serve my clients better.
