Under contract in Kearney! 🏡

This one didn’t take long — just 2 days on the market and we had multiple offers to work through.

Really happy with how everything came together for my seller. Strong activity right out of the gate, a few decisions to make, and ultimately an offer we felt really good about.

Now onto inspections and getting this one to the closing table.

We looked at a lot of homes to get here, but sometimes it takes seeing quite a few to know when you’ve found the right one.

Really excited for my buyers on this one. We did our homework, worked through the numbers, negotiated directly with the seller, and got it put together.

Now onto inspections and making sure everything checks out.
