– Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) New England Properties is pleased to welcome Mia Capella to the company as the new Office Leader of its Madison, Conn. office.

Capella joins BHHS New England Properties from William Raveis Real Estate, where she built a reputation as an experienced and highly engaged leader, helping develop and grow successful agents and teams across Fairfield County, including the Westport, Wilton, and Norwalk markets.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices family and to bring my energy and experience to the Madison office,” said Capella. “Great leadership isn’t just about numbers – it’s about relationships, accountability, and building a culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. I can’t wait to help this team set bigger goals and grow their businesses together.”

Capella began her real estate career in 2006 with William Raveis, where she built a highly successful business of her own before transitioning into management. It was there that she discovered her passion for building teams and shaping office culture, becoming known for the enthusiasm and fresh energy she brings to every office she leads.

Feeling so grateful last night—thank you to everyone who came out and made it so special. It may not have been the plan for us to no longer be working together, but I truly believe everything happens for a reason. I’m incredibly lucky to have worked alongside such amazing, supportive, and genuinely kind people. Nights like this remind me how much I appreciate this community and the relationships we’ve built—and I’m excited to move forward, knowing there are great things ahead.
