Motivational Monday + a little three-year reflection. 🤍
As we close out the last day of August, I can’t help but pause and reflect. This month has been BUSY and that is such a blessing. I’m incredibly grateful.
This August also marks three years in real estate.
When I got into this business, I remember hearing, “If you can just make it to the three-year mark, put in the work, give it time, and trust the process…you’ll start to see it all come together.”
Well, here we are. And somehow, in the month that marks three years, I had the busiest month of my career.
I give every bit of that glory to God.
There was a level of trust I had to lay at His feet that I had never fully given Him before. And when I finally did, I started seeing the little changes—the quiet work He was doing that I couldn’t always see in the moment.
The last three years have required intention. Budgeting. Sacrificing. Taking risks. Time away from my family. Mistakes. Hard lessons.
I always knew I was meant to serve others. It just took me until my 30s to figure out what that would look like. Now I get to help people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives and get paid to do something I genuinely love. That really lights my fire. ❤️
So if you’re in a season of uncertainty, wondering if you should take the leap, this is your reminder:
Take the risk. Work your butt off. Trust the process. And trust God. Move for the better opportunity. Build the dream home. Say yes to the thing that feels a little scary.
Sometimes what God puts in front of us looks impossible when we consider all the circumstances. But if He put it there, trust that He already knows what you can’t see yet.
Looking back, every little detail of these three years has aligned with where I am today. The setbacks, sacrifices, open doors and closed ones…it all mattered.
I love real estate. I love this community. And most of all, I love my people.
It’s the most stressful job I’ve ever had 😂, but it’s also the most rewarding. And as long as I’m serving others, I know I’m right where I’m supposed to be.
