🚨 Mid-Year Update in the Works for the Inspector Template 🚨

Over the next few months, I’ll be creating and adding hundreds of brand-new original inspection images to the template.

These are the types of visuals that help inspectors clearly explain defects, limitations, and installation concerns to clients; and until now, many of them had to be removed due to licensing and copyright restrictions.

Not anymore.

Every image included in this update will be 100% original, inspector-focused, and safe for nationwide use inside your reports.

My goal is simple:
To make the Inspector Template not only the most comprehensive narrative system in the industry, but also the most visually powerful one.

This update will bring:

• Clearer client communication
• Stronger, more defensible reports
• And a better inspection experience for both inspectors and their clients

🚨 KC Bartley Residential Template v3.5 is officially live.

This is by far the largest and most meaningful update to the template since its original creation.

What’s included in v3.5:
• Hundreds of narrative revisions, including clearer implications added across the report
• Applicable limitations merged directly into informational narratives for better flow and clarity
• WMC and CSM sections streamlined for consistency and efficiency
• Inspection methods cleaned up and standardized for roofs, attics, and crawl spaces

The focus of this update wasn’t to add content; it was to make reports clearer, tighter, and more understandable for home buyers, while remaining practical and inspector-friendly in the field.

*As mentioned in the previously posted overview video, there's a reason the Commercial templates are free. Firstly, you all have supported me for years, and I didn't want to charge for them. Secondly, these templates are not as polished as the Residential template. While following the CCPIA ComSop, there are still references to "Home" instead of "Structure," and there is a lot of "bloat" for Commercial. Please look at these as a base for building upon.

I highly recommend the Marten by UplinkRobotics. I would have most likely needed to crawl in and retrieve the three previous bots I have used. I "video" the entire crawlspace instead of taking photos and then watch the video at the office, taking screenshots of the defects I see.
