It's hard to believe we're already halfway through the year.

The first six months have brought new properties, new residents, new challenges, plenty of growth, and a lot of teamwork along the way.

One of the most common questions we hear is, "Why did the price change?"

The reality is that rent pricing isn't determined by just one factor. Location, amenities, included utilities, property updates, availability, and current market conditions all play a role.

Another thing many people don't realize is that rental pricing can fluctuate over time. The pricing you see is often based on market data available when the property is initially marketed, and there can be day-to-day differences as availability and market conditions change.

That's why two seemingly similar homes can sometimes have different rental rates, and why a property's pricing may occasionally change while it's on the market.

At the end of the day, our goal is to price homes competitively while helping owners maximize their investment and residents find a home that fits their needs!
