With nearly a decade of real estate accounting experience—including time specifically in HOA and condo management—she brings the knowledge and structure needed to help communities run smoothly behind the scenes.

She’s especially excited about taking ownership of HOA financial systems and transforming them into well-oiled, efficient operations that support long-term success. Drawn to Trekk by its strong sense of teamwork and commitment to community, Stacy values being part of a company that’s intentionally building something bigger than itself.

Positivity is at the core of how she works and lives. She believes that a simple mindset shift can make a meaningful difference in both team culture and client experience. She also enjoys connecting with different communities, learning new perspectives, and continually growing in her role.

When she’s not working, Stacy enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs, and taking trips to the beach whenever she can.

Fun fact: Stacy is originally from Maryland, but once dated someone from Minnesota long before eventually working for a MN-based company.

Julie brings both experience and heart to her role as Senior Association Manager at Trekk Properties. With over two decades in HOA management and leadership, she’s worn many hats throughout her career—giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to support thriving communities from every angle.

What makes this chapter especially meaningful is the opportunity to return to the Faribault and Northfield area, where her roots run deep. Paired with a strong, forward-thinking team and leadership that values its people, Julie is excited to continue her journey in a role she truly enjoys.

She’s passionate about creating positive experiences for residents. She prides herself on listening, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish. Whether it’s a large-scale initiative or a day-to-day interaction, Julie believes in treating people the way she would want to be treated, with dependability, integrity, and care.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys time with family and friends, attending her grandson’s sporting events, spending time on the lake, and cheering on the Vikings and Timberwolves. She’s also deeply involved in volunteering and giving back to her community.

Fun fact: While raising four kids and working full-time, Julie also spent 15 years as a doula—helping support mothers through childbirth and even building a multi-state childbirth education collective.
