Julie brings both experience and heart to her role as Senior Association Manager at Trekk Properties. With over two decades in HOA management and leadership, she’s worn many hats throughout her career—giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to support thriving communities from every angle.
What makes this chapter especially meaningful is the opportunity to return to the Faribault and Northfield area, where her roots run deep. Paired with a strong, forward-thinking team and leadership that values its people, Julie is excited to continue her journey in a role she truly enjoys.
She’s passionate about creating positive experiences for residents. She prides herself on listening, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish. Whether it’s a large-scale initiative or a day-to-day interaction, Julie believes in treating people the way she would want to be treated, with dependability, integrity, and care.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys time with family and friends, attending her grandson’s sporting events, spending time on the lake, and cheering on the Vikings and Timberwolves. She’s also deeply involved in volunteering and giving back to her community.
Fun fact: While raising four kids and working full-time, Julie also spent 15 years as a doula—helping support mothers through childbirth and even building a multi-state childbirth education collective.
