We’re Hiring: Director of Residential Management

Trekk Properties is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced leader who wants to help shape where we go next.

We’re seeking a Director of Residential Management to lead the operational, financial, and strategic performance of our residential portfolio across Northfield, Faribault, and the surrounding area.

In this leadership role, you’ll:
✔️ Lead our Property Management, Leasing, and Maintenance teams
✔️ Drive portfolio performance, occupancy, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction
✔️ Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital projects, and asset performance
✔️ Develop scalable systems, processes, and best practices
✔️ Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
✔️ Support business development and new management opportunities
✔️ Work closely with Trekk’s senior leadership to help guide the future of our residential division

This isn’t just a role focused on managing properties. It’s an opportunity to develop people, strengthen systems, improve resident experiences, and help build a residential division positioned for long-term growth.

Ready for the next step in your career journey? Trekk Properties is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.

What you’ll do:
✔️ Connect with prospective residents and conduct property tours
✔️ Process applications and assist with leasing and renewals
✔️ Support Rural Development and affordable housing certifications
✔️ Assist with rent collection and resident documentation
✔️ Respond to resident questions and service needs
✔️ Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections
✔️ Help keep our properties running smoothly and in compliance

⛳ Summer means golf tournament season—and it's one of our favorite ways to connect with the communities we serve!

From tournaments in **Waseca** and **Faribault** to several others throughout the summer, we've enjoyed getting out on the course, building relationships, supporting local organizations, and spending time with great people.

At Trekk Properties, we believe strong communities are built through connection. Whether we're managing properties, partnering with local organizations, or sharing a few laughs between holes, we're grateful for every opportunity to be involved and give back.
