Our clients rental lease agreement is ending in less than 60 days and we just got in contact with them on Thursday!

Quick recap on how this happened:

This condominium came on the market, Friday evening.

We were the first to view the property and was able to send an offer in within an hour.

Seller had multiple showings but decided to move it under contract because of the amount of effort we put in for our clients (buyer).

We are scheduled for an inspection in two days and will close soon, giving our client and the listing agents tenants, enough time to move out.
