✨ Broker Spotlight: Jacob Brown ✨

Our Broker Spotlight we're shining the light on this week is Jacob Brown, Sales Associate at NAI Farbman.

For Jacob, guidance comes from two places. His father who has been his first call in any personal crisis — someone he's turned to on countless occasions since childhood. And in the office, it's Brad Margolis, who's made it his mission since Jacob started at Farbman to teach and counsel him through work's toughest challenges, guiding him through tricky situations and helping him find ways to overcome them.

That theme of overcoming runs through the advice that's stuck with Jacob most: "You are not defined by the challenges you faced, but by the strength you discovered while overcoming them."

Outside the office, you'll find Jacob weightlifting, golfing, bowling, out on the s***t range, or just relaxing with friends and family.

This week’s Player of the Week is Paul Pellerito, nominated by Alex Harris.

New Center One recently welcomed several new tenants, some taking on significant square footage. More leases mean more work orders, more coordination, and more pressure to deliver. Paul has met every bit of it.
What sets Paul apart isn't just that he gets the job done, it's that he finds a way to get it done regardless of the obstacles in front of him. When team members are out or vendors don't follow through, Paul doesn't wait for someone else to step in. He steps up, takes ownership, and makes sure our tenants are taken care of.

Time and again, he has put our tenants first, not because it's the path of least resistance, but because that's the standard he holds himself to. Paul is a difference-maker!
