Natalka to the rescue!
Upon my father’s death and subsequent emotions and decisions to be made, I reached out to my professional colleagues for guidance and Natalka came highly recommended. I met with Natalka and quickly learned of her professionalism and knowledge and hired her as a Real Estate agent. Today, I know I made the right decision, and could not have managed the sale of my parents’ home without her.
My father passed away in December and I had to make the hard decision to sell my parents’ house and move my mother into assisted care. With working 60+ hours/week and now taking care of my mother, I turned over 100% responsibility to Natalka to manage the necessary home improvements to expedite the sale of the house. Natalka responded, “do not worry about a thing, I got this”.
Throughout the entire selling process, Natalka effectively communicated necessary home improvements, no matter what time of day, and promptly answered my calls and emails. I was kept informed real time the financial commitment to upgrade the home, which was necessary to coordinate with my brother.
In addition, she provided me a detailed analysis of market trends and accurately predicted the best time to list. With the house having no upgrades in 20+ years, she made recommendations on what I could do to bring up house value and increase the number of interested buyers.
Upon my approval of Natalka’s recommended upgrades to the house, she spent countless hours making sure each room within the house was prepared and cleaned. She staged the home herself to make it more appealing and brought in a professional photographer to showcase the home online. This created much more foot traffic and brought in a larger group of serious buyers. Because of Natalka’s persistence and dedication, the house sold in 3 weeks!
