Blaine began his career with Beztak 5 years ago as a leasing consultant at Briar Cove in Ann Arbor. Over the years, he has taken on many roles, with involvement in over 30 different properties in 6 states.

As a 2023 graduate of our Manager in Training program, Blaine has developed his skills in every level of on-site operations and continues to use those skills to benefit each property that he assists.

Outside of work, Blaine is pursuing his Michigan Real Estate Salesperson's license, and he enjoys boating, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time at home with his dog.
