Let’s clear this up — I see too many buyers get confused when it’s time to sign their paperwork.

Here are the top 3 things people get wrong about “money due at signing”:

1️⃣ It’s not just your down payment.Your down payment is only a part of what’s due. The rest includes taxes, registration, first month’s payment, and any lender fees.
2️⃣ It’s not always optional.Depending on the structure of the deal and your credit, you may need to bring that money in to get approved — it’s not just a suggestion.
