I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am to be in this Real Estate business ✨

A little over a year ago I was ready to give up. License renewal was coming up in May 2026 and I said - no way, no thanks, not going to sign up for another 2 years. I was defeated.

Then Valerie Nash CT Realtor introduced me to Heidi Lester and Keller Williams Legacy Partners CT and I said Sure - Why not?!

Fast forward a year - my business is booming (meeting or exceeding the goals I’ve set). I had the opportunity to work on some leases with Sandie Terenzi in the fall of 2025 and she introduced me to the wonderful Livian Team at Keller Williams Legacy Partners which I am now proudly a part of.

Needless to say, I had NO hesitation when it came to renewing my license this month and I am SO excited to see what comes my way next.

Today was a day —— and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

👉 met with city inspectors to close an old permit - anything to keep a closing on track!

👉 got the clear to close on above mentioned property

👉 handed over the keys to a rental to a wonderful client

👉 listed a new property for sale
