Congratulations to my buyers on closing on this beautiful new build! Everything came together smoothly — deadlines were met, there were no delays, and we were able to coordinate the closing of their current home right alongside the move-in date for their new one.

There are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes in transactions like these, especially when coordinating with multiple parties and agents, but helping our clients navigate those details is what we’re here for.

I love all my hats I wear. Jewelry has been a soft spot of mine, naturally from growing up in the industry. I have seen the ups and downs of the market just like real estate.
