Some months the market moves fast (both up AND down) ⚡️—others, like now, are more steady and stable.

That’s why it’s so important to stay informed and adjust your investment strategy as the market shifts! 🧠💡

But before you dive into the numbers, here’s a quick tip:
The Case-Shiller Index (what a lot of people use to track home values) is a 3-month moving average based on closing prices.
That means there’s a built-in lag ⏳—the data reflects deals that were signed about 3 months earlier.

So when you see the number for January 2025, it’s actually showing homes that went under contract in Oct–Dec 2024.

Just something to keep in mind if you’re using this data to make decisions!
