What a beautiful day for inspections. We have been so busy I often don’t take the time to post much. But when I’m on a roof in mid August and I’m not fainting I get to remember the reasons I love what I do.

Great price
My wife and I are first time home buyers. Scott walked us through every little detail of the inspection, gave great advice on how to properly address existing defects, as well as general home maintenance instructions. It was all very informative. The detailed and easy to parse inspection report came very shortly after we finished. Im sure all of the home plus inspectors offer great assistance through the inspection process, but we can affirm that Scott is a sure bet on quality assistance.
