A perfect beach day starts with knowing the conditions. Before heading into the water on Amelia Island, take a moment to check the beach flags flying from the lifeguard stand.

🟢 Green = Low hazard
🟡 Yellow = Use caution
🔴 Red = High hazard
🔴🔴 Double Red = Water closed
🟣 Purple = Dangerous marine life
