Most people think selling a house looks something like this:

✔ Put a sign in the yard

✔ Put it in the MLS

✔ Wait for offers

What most sellers never see is everything happening behind the scenes.

Most evenings, I'm actually editing video, social media marketing, graphics, and content creation for properties.

Thirteen years ago, I became a homeowner for the first time.

I was 40 years old.

This photo isn't fancy, but it's one of my favorites. My daughter was SO excited because we had just bought our very first home.

For a long time, I rented and wondered if owning a home would ever happen for us.

That's why I have a soft spot for first-time buyers.

I understand the excitement.

I understand the nerves.

Listen… if I’m showing a house, I’m checking EVERYTHING.
