Westfield versus Fisher’s is the question I get asked most right now, and the answer is different for almost every buyer.

Fisher gives you more established neighborhoods, the Nicol plate district, and a little more resale inventory to choose from. Westfield gives you Grandpa Park, newer, construction, and more House for your money in a lot of pockets.

The bones are solid and the big-ticket items are already handled - brand new roof (2025), new gutters (2025), water heater (2023), updated light fixtures (2024), and a serviced furnace (2024). Surround sound in the living room. New carpet is being put in all the bedrooms prior to closing. The backyard offers a deck and privacy with full fencing and a pollinator garden; the yard does have a natural grade slope to it.
