Community starts with us. 💙

Our Indiana portfolio recently came together to support Teachers' Treasures, Inc., collecting both school supplies for local classrooms and essential items for flood relief. Both collections were donated to Teachers’ Treasures, which is partnering to support those impacted by recent flooding.

Teachers’ Treasures supports 4,000+ teachers across 330+ schools each year, helping educators provide students with the resources they need to learn and thrive. 📚✏️

A special thank-you to our Indiana teams for organizing the collections and connecting with our residents to make this effort possible, and an even bigger thank-you to our generous residents who donated. Your kindness truly makes a difference.

Arija, our Social Media & Resident Engagement Manager, delivered both collections to Teachers’ Treasures on behalf of our Indiana portfolio.

Ending summer on a sweet note. 💍✨

At Becovic, we believe a great community is about more than the place you live. It’s about the connections you make, the memories you create, and the feeling of truly being at home. ❤️

And sometimes, those connections can even lead to forever.

Four years ago, Kressa and Dalton met as residents at Notch at Nora at Nora. What started with a football watch party and a few chance encounters around the community turned into walks along the Monon, dinners at Big Lug, and eventually, a love story of their own.

This October, they’ll be getting married! 💍🥂

Kressa and Dalton shared that some of their favorite things about living at Notch are the Monon Trail, being able to walk to Kroger and Big Lug, and the spacious kitchens where Dalton would often cook dinner for Kressa. 🥰

We’re incredibly grateful that Notch could be the place where their paths crossed and where so many of their memories began.

At Becovic, we’re proud to create communities where people don’t just live, but connect, celebrate, and build their lives. And Kressa and Dalton’s story is such a beautiful reminder of why what we do matters.
