A listing that’s been around for a while doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong with it.

Maybe it was priced too high. Maybe the photos weren’t great. Or maybe it just got lost in the shuffle when newer homes hit the market.

Take a closer look before crossing it off your list. A good inspection can tell you a lot more than the number of days it’s been listed.
